Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during special events (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and self-direction are important.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor with moderate noise; shifts vary, often involving travel in personal vehicle, sometimes for long durations. Adherence to safety guidelines is required. Work surfaces are generally hard, and conditions include outdoor lots.

Physical Requirements
Travel as needed; ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds; physically capable of standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating store equipment; ability to handle contact with birds/poultry; and complete training. The role is non-sedentary and requires stamina.
