Us

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. You’ll be part of an elite team of healthcare professionals dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery journey. Ideal candidates are dependable, empathetic, and skilled in providing direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
  • Perform medical treatments such as wound care, IV insertion, and medication administration under RN or provider supervision.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Follow assigned 12-hour shift schedules and maintain punctuality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control, and facility policies.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding medication management and healthcare procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Current Texas LVN license (required)
  • Experience in behavioral health, detox, or medical-surgical settings preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
