Console Operator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee automated production of raw mix
• Receive bulk raw materials after verifying COA meets internal specifications
• Monitor feed rates of bulk raw materials being added to raw mix
• Monitor quality of mix and communicate with Molding Operators, Cure Oven Operators, Task Leaders and Crew Leader
• Maintain Daily Batch spreadsheet
• Clean/replace the pinch valve boots as needed
• Prepares release spray components as needed

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Ability to demonstrate comprehension of positional work instructions
• PC skills and ability to use proprietary software programs
• Able to use Excel to record required data
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Mechanical inclination
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate with hourly employees and management personnel
• Capable of becoming forklift certified
• Able to work overtime including weekends
• Measure by weight (g/lb) using scales and basic math
• Required to wear a full face respirator
