• Responsible for Construction monitoring and reporting to include progress measurement.
• Responsibilities include managing progress and schedule for assigned scope.
• Responsible for reviewing specification & shop drawing.
• Scheduling and supporting daily quality and required CoT inspections.
• Ensure projects scope, schedule and forecasts are developed, executed and tracked to meet project goals.
• Develop detailed project execution plan(s) to include development of project schedules within selected area of responsibility.
• Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal and external customers as appropriate or required.
• Responsible for all on-site safety and maintaining Samsung safety culture.
• Oversee the construction and delivery of the end product to the customer, inclusive of turnover and final occupancy.
• Review and recommend approval of bids, change orders, and close out of sub-contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years Construction management experience preferred.
• Construction experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry, with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work-related experience preferred.
• Experience in Mechanical & Piping Construction preferred.
• Proficient Experience in BIM, MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD, Naviswork.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.

Required Skills

• Entry level or relevant experiences less than 2-3 years.
• Well written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of mechanical construction work of semi-conductor plant. Especially GCS Building.
