• Communicate with team members to coordinate daily work and record actions toward contractor companies.
• Record daily work activities to keep track of project schedule.
• Organize and manage multiple project files and documents up to date daily.
• Conduct safety orientation for new contractors' employees.
• Prepare for safety events and safety training.
• Prepare for weekly safety meeting documents.
• Record all the accidents and analyze injury and accident trends.
• Record all safety meetings.
• New contractor employee badging.
• Safety material purchase requests.
• Provide personal protective equipment to team members.

• Experience in relevant construction experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, visual, written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Bilingual (English, Spanish).
• Demonstrated ability to perform individually and as a member of project teams.
• OSHA Certification is preferred.
