Support safety audits by organizing compliance documentation. Serve as a point of contact for new hire onboarding and safety training scheduling. - Operational Logistics:
Manage departmental calendars, schedule technical meetings, and document action items. Coordinate site access and logistics for visiting vendors or contractors. - Financial Administration:
Reconcile expense reports, track department budgets, and process invoices for materials or services.

High School Diploma or GED is the minimum; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is often preferred for high-tech environments. - Experience:
1–3 years in an administrative role, ideally within an industrial, chemical, or semiconductor setting or related technical field; or equivalent experience/knowledge as determined by management. - Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems like SAP and other systems.
- Organization:
Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced "fab" or manufacturing environment. - Communication:
