Security Officer - Flex Rover Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and store associates by following site procedures, policies, and post orders, including emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential shoplifting, and policy violations, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or law enforcement;
Respond to incidents and critical situations, completing incident reports and documenting security-related events per site requirements;
Support access control and traffic flow at entrances, receiving areas, and employee-only zones by checking credentials and directing visitors, vendors, and deliveries
