Sales - Selling a service / Providing Solutions

Beaver Packaging & Crating, Inc. has been providing quality crating and packaging services to the greater Detroit area since 1979. We are looking for someone with hands‑on involvement in operations, construction of crates, shipping, receiving, and communication to achieve successful customers’ experience.

Outgoing, positive, professional, clear communicator, organized skills with leadership qualities including patience, understanding and listening skills.

Good decision making, critical thinking, good memory, attention to detail, while maintaining company procedures in a fast‑paced teamwork focused environment.

• Responsible for selling Beaver's services and solutions, to be a persuasive communicator, an innovative problem‑solver, who can build credibility and trust
• Proactively identify and engage prospects, executing custom service solutions that drive results, marketing rapport and customer relationships
• Knowledge of company services and the ability to explain them clearly
• Customer service oriented
• Being proactive, resilient, self‑starter with growth minded
• Engage with decision‑makers
• Operation of saws, nail gun, staple gun, and other tools of our trade
• Performing on‑site packaging with professional customer verbal, and written communication skills
• Maintaining job files, company paperwork, and proficient computer skills
• Ensure compliance with company, regulatory procedures, and quality standards
• Availability to travel to our IL facility as needed, company will expense, approximately 1 week every other month
• The knowledge of dangerous goods, experience in packaging, and handling is a plus

• Initial background check and as needed by regulatory or customer requirements
• Random drug tests
