• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies.
• Work up to 38 hours per week and meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
