The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age: 18.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience.
