Step away from the same kitchen every day. As a Relief Chef with Taylor Shaw, you’ll become our trusted regional expert within Education sites across Cambridge, Kettering and very occasionally Nuneaton —bringing confidence, stability and great food to our students when it matters most.

• Cover planned and unplanned absence across multiple Taylor Shaw locations
• Support teams during busy periods or transition
• Bring consistency, standards and leadership wherever you go
• Keep kitchens running safely, efficiently and to Taylor Shaw standards
• Build strong relationships with managers and operations teams across the region
• Role model high standards in H&S, food safety and compliance

Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 35 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only, Mileage Included

• Senior chef experience
• Calm, organised and confident under pressure
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Strong kitchen management and people leadership
• A positive, solutions-focused approach
• TMF experience helpful, though training provided
• Your own vehicle is essential for this role, with mileage included (33p per mile for a petrol vehicle & 26p per mile for an electric vehicle)
