Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician
Location: Taylor, MI
Pay: Up to $39.47/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: Up to $39.47/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Premiums: +$1.50/hour for 2nd shift | +$1.00/hour for 3rd shift
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
- Shifts: Afternoons (3 pm-11 pm) and Evenings (11 pm-7 am)
- Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off - full-time hours with extended breaks
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Program and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Handle welding, fabrication, and equipment upgrades
- Maintain accurate logs in the CMMS system
- Champion safety and reliability every day
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley), ladder logic, and control systems
- Proficiency in mechanical repair, welding, and fabrication
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial safety standards
Preferred:
- Technical degree or trade school certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
- Certifications such as Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, Confined Space, PPE, CPR/First Aid, or OSHA 10/30
