• Collaborate with classroom teachers and reading specialists to create and execute intervention plans.
• Implement the responsible thinking process to encourage students to proactively make college-bound choices – daily encourage rs, community builders, and progress monitors.

• High school diploma required with 2 years of experience working with children with behavior or an Associate Degree.
• Leadership and school culture development skills.
• Experience managing student behavior and assisting educators with behavior management, preferred.
