Internship (Management)

Position Title: Management Consulting Intern

Location: Hybrid (with a base in Bengaluru)

Duration: 3 Months (with an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance)

We are currently offering a three-month internship for highly motivated individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the management consulting field. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in consulting, work with seasoned professionals, and potentially transition into a full-time position at the conclusion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Consulting Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of client projects and work alongside senior consultants.

Your role will include:

Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support consulting projects.

Client Engagement: Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings, ensuring the content is clear, actionable, and aligned with client needs.

Project Support: Work closely with consultants on project planning, documentation, and implementation. Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.

Problem-Solving: Support the team in identifying business problems, formulating hypotheses, and recommending practical solutions.

Reporting & Documentation: Compile research findings, prepare reports, and maintain detailed records of project progress.

Collaboration: Engage with various internal teams and clients to gather insights and contribute to project discussions.

Requirements

Educational Background: Current students or recent graduates with a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication (both verbal and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Basic understanding of business operations and management concepts

Previous internship or project experience in consulting, business analysis, or related fields.

Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).

Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and learn from feedback.

Exposure to Management Consulting: Gain practical experience in consulting across different industries, working directly with clients.
