The Warehouse – Material Picker I is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of medical devices within a regulated warehouse environment. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials are properly handled, tracked within systems, and prepared for outbound shipment, while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming pallets from Quincy, verify inventory accuracy, and stage materials appropriately
- Perform putaway, replenishment, picking, and shipping transactions in accordance with SOPs
- Pull materials based on system-generated pull lists and prepare shipments for outbound transport
- Load outbound trucks and confirm shipments within the system
- Accurately transact inventory movements using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Maintain daily housekeeping standards, including sweeping floors and keeping aisles clear
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and work rule requirements
- Perform cycle counts and support lean warehouse practices
- Operate material handling equipment (electric pallet jacks and other equipment as required)
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and walking
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with strict attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to use RF scanning devices
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to successfully complete required medical surveillance during onboarding
- Prior Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience (electric pallet jacks, etc.)
- Note:
In‑house training is provided for candidates without MHE experience - Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Familiarity with lean principles and inventory control processes
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment
