Position Summary

The primary function of this position is to fulfill customer orders by performing general shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading, unloading, checking, and storing material, and by making deliveries to local customers (Non-CDL).

Essential Functions
  • Properly and safely stock materials in the warehouse, pull inventory for deliveries and customer pickups.
  • Use powered equipment to pull inventory and load and unload trucks for deliveries.
  • Accurately complete inventory counts.
  • Deliver products to local customers (non‑CDL) following DOT guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
Experience and Education
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug test and background verifications.
  • Must hold an active DOT medical card.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to find, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Extent flexibility – the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
  • Near vision – the ability to see details at close range.
  • Static strength – the ability to exert maximumenties muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Arm‑hand steadiness – steadiness while moving or holding arms.
  • Manual dexterity – the ability to quickly move your hand, or both hands, to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
