Team Member Roles:
Working at Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's is about teamwork, pride and serving every guest the delicious food they crave. You will learn new skills, make new friends, and learn the basics of the menu, including food safety and sanitation. You can become a server, cashier, cook, and delivery driver or start working towards becoming a Shift Leader. The skies are the limit when it comes to your career at Papa Gino’s.
a Cashier
- Greet guests energetically and with a sincere welcome
- Ensure guests get what they want by listening, suggesting items, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system
- Process orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly, guest-focused demeanor
- Handle credit cards, rewards cards and cash with accuracy and focus
- Prepare and present food according to company specifications
- Learn to use equipment, resources, and tools to produce quality product
- Take the first step into a leadership role
- Assist the General Manager in restaurant operations
- Schedule Team Members; assist with inventory control; cash handling and training
