We provide a spectrum of services from Skilled Nursing for short term rehab, IV therapy, wound care, respite care, palliative care, rehabilitative nursing and a full compliment of physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our staff provides nursing and rehab care like royalty, because at Regal Care at Taunton, our residents and staff are royalty.
