Overview
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities- Setup and operating CNC milling machine
- Operating multiple milling machines at a time
- Making offset changes and changing cutting tools
- Loading horizontal mills and attending to bar fed lathes
- Using measurement instruments such as height gauge, hand gauge
- Working with engineering drawings
- Preventative maintenance as needed
- At least three years previous milling experience
- Vertical mill experience
- Ability to run multiple machines at once
- Able to make offsets and tool changes
- Ability to multi-task and good attention to detail
- Experience with hand and height gauges
- Experience with loading horizontal mills and attending to bar fed lathes is a plus
Workday: 8–9 hours/day, flexible start between 7–8 AM
Fridays:
Team usually wraps up by noon
The pay is up to $28/hour based on experience
