Direct Care Professional – Per Diem
People Incorporated is seeking dedicated Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. This role offers part‑time, full‑time, or relief/per diem opportunities on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.
Pay Rate$18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Work SchedulePart‑time, full‑time, relief/per diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
Qualifications- Compassionate and motivated to make a difference.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle.
- Qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
- TB screening and physical upon hire; TB update every two years.
Provide assistance with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
Responsibilities include:
- Individual community outings (movies, shopping, dinner, baseball, bowling, etc.)
- Meal preparation.
- Assistance with activities of daily living.
- Personal care.
- Attending medical appointments.
- Medication distribution.
