Salary: $19.00 / hour
After 1 year: $20.00 / hour (benefit eligible)

Schedule: Sunday 11am-6pm, Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 11am-6pm, Wednesday 10am-6pm

• Implement individualized programs as specified in Individual Service Plans
• Provide for individuals’ health and welfare
• Ensure general cleanliness and safety in individuals’ homes
• Provide individual community outings
• Encourage rapport with local resources
• Instruct and assist with meal preparation
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Instruct and physically assist with housekeeping activities
• Facilitate medical appointments
• Administer and document medication and/or monitor medical health
• Assist with financial management
• Ensure home is safe
