• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record

Our Individual Support Program is looking for compassionate people to serve as an IS Counselor providing premier services to the individuals in our care.

• Providing individual community outings
• Encouraging rapport with local resources
• Instructing and assisting with meal preparation
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Instructing and physically assisting with housekeeping activities
• Managing medical appointments
• Administering and documenting medication and/or monitoring medical health
• Assisting with financial management
• Ensuring home safety

As an Individual Support Provider, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include:

• The movies
• Shopping
• Going to dinner
• Baseball game
• Bowling
