Food Service Director; FSD

Regalcare of Taunton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to quality care and resident satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food Service Director (FSD) to lead our dietary department and ensure nutritious, high-quality meals are provided in a safe and welcoming environment.

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department
• Plan, prepare, and monitor meals that meet nutritional, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and sanitation regulations
• Manage food budgets, ordering, and inventory control
• Collaborate with clinical teams to meet resident dietary needs and preferences

• Previous experience as a Food Service Director or in a leadership role within food services
• Knowledge of dietary regulations in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Serv Safe certification preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
