What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including parenting assessments, to inform outcome-focused care plans.
• Manage care proceedings within the court system, handling both private and public cases.
• Execute court duties within prescribed timescales to achieve permanency plans for children, including adoption.
• Assess, understand, and respond to complex risks while maintaining detailed and analytical records of interventions with children and families.
