Our client is seeking a dedicated Support Worker - Criminal Justice to join their team, providing crucial support to individuals involved with criminal justice services across Yeovil and Taunton. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults with complex needs.

• A valid driver9;s licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential
• Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota is required
• The role involves frequent travel across Yeovil and Taunton

• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required)
• Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviours

• Build positive and effective working relationships with external partners, including criminal justice services
• Complete thorough needs and risk assessments to create tailored support plans
• Provide advice, guidance and practical support to enable clients to access suitable accommodation and services
• Ensure all new clients understand their rights, responsibilities, and the conditions of their licence agreement
