Our client is seeking a dedicated Support Worker - Criminal Justice to join their team, providing crucial support to individuals involved with criminal justice services across Yeovil and Taunton. Additional Information

A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for business use is essential
Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota is required
The role involves frequent travel across Yeovil and Taunton Experience Required

A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required)
Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviours

Key Responsibilities

Build positive and effective working relationships with external partners, including criminal justice services
Complete thorough needs and risk assessments to create tailored support plans
Provide advice, guidance and practical support to enable clients to access suitable accommodation and services
Ensure all new clients understand their rights, responsibilities, and the conditions of their licence agreement
