O'Neill and Brennan are seeking an experienced Plasterer with strong skills in internal plastering, external rendering, and bead installation to join a site team in and around Taunton. The successful candidate will consistently deliver high-quality finishes, work safely to site specifications, and support overall project productivity.

• Apply internal plaster to walls and ceilings, creating smooth, ready-to-decorate surfaces
• Carry out external rendering including traditional and modern render systems
• Accurately install beading (stop beads, movement joints, corner beads, shadow beads) to specification
• Mix, prepare and apply plaster and render materials to the correct consistency
• Work from drawings, specifications, and instructions to achieve quality finishes
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe working areas at all times
• Accurately set out and measure work to ensure straight lines, level finishes, and symmetry

• Proven experience as a Plasterer / Renderer
• Strong beading installation skills
• Ability to work to high standards with excellent attention to detail
• CSCS card preferred (or equivalent)
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with different render systems (e.g., monocouche, traditional sand & cement, silicone)
• Experience in new build or commercial sites
• Time management and organisational skills
