Salary: Up to £35,000 base + commission + Car

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Outbound prospecting and creating your own opportunities
  • Managing your pipeline and CRM with discipline and accuracy
  • Reviewing and negotiating existing contracts where opportunities arise
  • Selling the value and long‑term impact of the service — not just the product
  • Handing clients over to the corporate team once onboarded, so you stay focused on growth

This is a role where you’ll be out in your patch, building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving momentum - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A telesales or recruitment consultant ready to step into a field‑based role
  • Someone with experience in merchant services, Pay Pal, card machines, or similar
  • A natural salesperson who’s confident, curious, and eager to grow

  • Confidence to start conversations and drive your own opportunities
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-starting approach to working your territory
