As a Senior Lettings Negotiator
, you'll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

• Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Exceptional customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a Full UK driving license.
