Overview

Veterinary Surgeon (Part-Time, Fixed Term). Taunton, Somerset. Contract until May 2026. Flexible Part-Time Role - 20 hours per week with only 1 in 4 weekends. Modern, well-equipped practice with digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental x-ray, fully equipped theatre, and Vetscan diagnostic suite (including Imagyst).

The Role

Delivering outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures. Building strong client relationships with clear communication and compassionate service. Preparing tailored treatment plans with accurate estimates. Contributing to a progressive, supportive clinical culture. Mentoring colleagues and supporting team development. 20 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends.

  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Strong experience in both clinical and client care
