Fabricator / Welder

Salary: £30,800 - £38,000 (dependent on experience & overtime)

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work as part of a skilled fabrication team producing a wide range of bespoke metalwork projects. You will be based in a modern, well‑equipped workshop where materials are CNC pre‑processed to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Feature and access staircases
• Gantries and walkways
• Balustrades and handrails
• Balconies
• Structural steelwork
• Bespoke architectural features

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication
• Apprenticeship or BTEC Level 3 in Welding/Fabrication preferred
• Able to read and work from fabrication drawings
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Self‑motivated, punctual, and well‑organised
• High attention to detail with a positive attitude
• Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise workload
