Overview
Mechanical Assembler (Machine Build) – Taunton, Somerset
A GBP 18.29 Per Hour DOE + Premium Overtime Rates (5:10 Hours per Month) + Increasing Holidays (Up to 25 Days) + Bank Holidays + Free Parking + Sick Pay
37.5 Hours per Week:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30, Friday 08:00 to 13:30
- Build and assemble special purpose machinery based on engineering drawings.
- Work from engineering drawings.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Fit bearings, taper lock pulleys and gears.
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic pipework.
- Perform quality checks.
- Experienced mechanical fitter / engineer.
- Hold a mechanical engineering qualification.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
