P&L responsible – driving commercial growth and manufacturing capability in a science‑based organisation. SME (£8M‑£16M+ turnover) 40‑70+ staff. Onsite 5 days a week.

£100K‑£120K base + 30‑40% bonus + share options (PLC) + private healthcare + benefits.

• Lead and inspire a 50‑80+ strong team across sales, operations, manufacturing and engineering.
• Own the P&L, balance sheet and maximise profitability and long‑term value.
• Drive the commercial strategy and scale revenue from a solid £8‑16m turnover.
• Refine sales processes, systems and operations to enable growth.
• Create a high‑performance culture where teams are motivated, engaged and aligned with business goals.

Managing Director/GM with a track record of scaling manufacturing or engineering SMEs in the £15m‑£200m range and driving commercial growth.

• Proven P&L and balance sheet management delivering profitable growth.
• A strong commercial mindset with sales leadership experience.
