Salary starts from £40,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance and a 10% performance based bonus. Competitive 27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday with the option to buy additional weeks leave. The Contracts Manager will manage day‑to‑day relationships with NHS Property Services tenants. Responsibilities include ensuring all Service and Building Variations, Small Works requests across the assigned portfolio are received and processed in line with the Project Agreement, responding to day‑to‑day customer queries and issues, and serving as the first point of contact for key stakeholders.

• Background in Facilities or Property Management.
• Adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• PFI experience desirable but not essential.
