The successful tenderer will provide and source all machinery, equipment and labour for the extension of the existing wetland scrape, restoration of three islands, and creation of three islands at Catcott Lows. The work is to be completed between 20th August and 30th September 2026.

- Experience and credentials in carrying out such work.
- Overview of how the work will be completed.
- Review of risk‑management processes for project and site management.
- Assessment of key risks facing you and your subcontractors, and Somerset Wildlife Trust; and how you can provide specific support to manage these risks.
- Statement on how equipment, mobile plant, construction methods and materials will be selected or sourced to minimise environmental impact on the peatland habitat and wider environment.
- Proposed timetable of works and resource allocation plan.
- Overview of how you will ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and relevant ISO standards and the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
- Confirmation of the role of subcontractors, their experience and credentials for such works.
- Public liability and professional indemnity insurance details, including insurer names, policy numbers, expiry dates, limits and excesses.
- Written health and safety at work policy.
- Environmental policy or statements.
- Other relevant information for the tender submission.
- Contact details of three organisations that have performed similar work and can provide references.
