A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Residential Property team in Taunton. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement, and private client support.

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice to high net worth clients

• Handle residential property matters, often involving country property, new builds, listed buildings, and unregistered land

• Deliver lease extension and enfranchisement advice

• Collaborate across planning, estate planning, and litigation teams to provide integrated solutions

• Support business development initiatives and ensure compliance with firm policies

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, CILEX lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer

• Minimum three years' experience in residential property, including leasehold and freehold enfranchisement

• Experience with high net worth clients and complex property transactions

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent client communication
