You will handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The firm benefits from a loyal client base and a strong referral network, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service and efficient case progression.

• Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Managing staff
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Strong client communication skills with a proactive, service-led approach.
• Able to work efficiently and manage time effectively within a busy team.
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer is desirable, but experienced fee earners will also be considered.
