Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience)

Chadwick Nott are happy to be working with a nationally recognised law firm in their search for an Associate to join their Commercial Property team in Taunton. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of property matters within one of the UK's largest and most respected real estate divisions.

This role offers a varied and engaging caseload across the full spectrum of commercial property work.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and development projects
• Working across sectors including retail, leisure, telecoms, banking, green energy, and social housing
• Collaborating with partners and senior lawyers across national offices
• Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegals
• Building and nurturing client relationships
• Contributing to business development and sector engagement
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies and information security standards

This role is suited to a commercial property lawyer with:

• 3+ years PQE gained at a leading property practice
• Strong academic background and technical expertise
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach to team work
• Enthusiasm for career development and mentoring others
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
• A genuine interest in contributing to a fast-paced, growing division

• This role supports hybrid working, with attendance at the Taunton office at least twice a week.
