Senior Associate – New Homes

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the New Homes Department of a highly regarded and progressive law firm in Taunton.

Working alongside the Head of Department, you’ll play a key role in site setups for major national developers and social housing providers. The firm acts for clients including Persimmon, BDW, Strong Vox, Summerfield, handling large-scale new build developments across the South West and beyond.

• Overseeing the setup of new development sites
• Liaising with national house builders, developers, and internal teams
• Managing and supporting junior fee earners and support staff within your unit
• Ensuring an efficient, client-focused service at every stage

• Substantial experience in conveyancing, ideally with exposure to new build or development work
• Confident managing complex files and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
