Technical Lead needed in Taunton Paying £33.95 per hr
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 3rd line technical specialists.
- Prioritise daily workloads and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc technical escalations and provide guidance where needed.
- Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain service quality.
- Oversee BAU contract renewals for support and maintenance services.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and service standards.
