What we are looking for in you
YMCA Dulverton Group are looking for someone to join the team as a hospitality apprentice. You will be a motivated individual with the willingness to work well as a team and motivated to provide a high standard service. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal alongside having an excellent attendance and punctuality record. You will gain valuable experience within the hospitality industry, with the passion for learning and developing in all aspects of hotel operations.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Hospitality Apprentice, your duties and responsibilities would include greeting and registering guests whilst also providing outstanding guest services throughout their stay. You will be trained on how to make and modify reservations accurately and efficiently on the appropriate systems and you will also multi-task as a hotel operator and carry out concierge duties.
