This is a leadership role requiring strong clinical knowledge, organisational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Outpatient Pharmacist at Musgrove Park Hospital plays a key leadership role in delivering a high-quality, patient-centred pharmacy service for outpatients.

The position is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and cost-efficient use of medicines in accordance with national and local guidelines, while providing expert clinical advice to healthcare professionals.

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacy, supervising and developing pharmacy staff, and maintaining compliance with governance frameworks, legislation, and professional standards.
