Ideal for an experienced or newly qualified Adviser or an existing Mortgage Advisor from an Estate Agency, Banking or Mortgage Brokerage background with a proven track record of advising clients. Equally for a new Adviser looking to start their career in a caring and supportive environment we can guide and help. We have a large number of high-quality mortgage leads we can provide if required.

• CeMAP or similar industry-recognised qualification
• The ability to follow a compliance sales process
• Excellent sales skills and an understanding of the mortgage market
• Strong understanding of Mortgage Lenders & Insurance Providers procedures
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain trust with clients and lenders
