We're excited to be recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client's dynamic team on a prestigious site in Taunton! As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues on mechanical systems, supporting electrical operations, ensuring full statutory compliance, and delivering high-quality building maintenance services. This is a static position, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance
• Service and maintain AHUs, FCUs, pumps (bearings, seals), and heat exchangers
• Conduct water treatment tasks (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.)
• Work on chilled water systems, heat interface units, and cooling towers
• Monitor tap temperatures, pressurisation units, and generators
• Operate and monitor BMS systems
• Perform general plumbing duties
• Liaise with and manage subcontractors, including issuing RAMS and escorting as required
• Support motors and other mechanical assets as needed

• Fully qualified in a Mechanical Engineering discipline (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) – City & Guilds, EAL, NVQ, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a mechanical engineering role within commercial or high-end residential properties
• Client-facing and professional attitude
• Apprenticeship-trained desirable
• Must live within commutable distance to Fulham, West London

• £36,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
