Position: Ks2 Teacher (Contract)

We are seeking an engaging and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a fun and friendly, multi-cultural and inclusive school.

About this KS2 Teacher role:

* Job Role – Class Teacher, teaching KS2

* Location – Taunton, Somerset

* Salary – MPS1 - MPS6 (£31,650 - £43,607 FTE)

* Working Hours - 8::30, 5 days a week

* Contract Length - starting May 2026 until May 2027

Requirements of this KS2 teacher role:

* A valid right to work in the UK

* Previous experience in teaching KS2 students

* Hold the appropriate degree, UK QTS or equivalent

* Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one

As a KS2 Teacher you will need to:

* Foster a warm and secure classroom environment that cultivates a sense of significance, respect, and enthusiasm among all students

* Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons to captivate students' attention

* Implement tailored behaviour management techniques specifically tailored for the developmental stages of KS2 children

* Demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent classroom management
