Customer Service Administrator

Overview

Student Recruitment is an exciting and fast paced area within the College. The core function of this role is to provide excellent customer service to potential students, stakeholders and curriculum, administrating the admissions process of all funding streams including Apprenticeships.

• Provide an excellent level of customer service, liaising with key stakeholders and College teams.
• Work with the marketing team to regularly monitor and feedback on campaigns, to support other activities to drive growth in these sectors of the College.
• Attend events to promote the College offer.
• Manage and maintain relevant systems.
