Primary Supply Teacher (KS1 & KS2)

Location: Taunton, Somerset
Pay Rate: £120-£150 per day
Contract Type: Flexible / Daily Supply

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across Somerset, Devon, and Torbay and are recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to support schools in Taunton and surrounding areas

From December 2025
, Teaching Personnel will be an approved agency for all teaching and cover requirements across the Trust. We are now building a pool of adaptable and enthusiastic KS1 and KS2 supply teachers
.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs
• Work collaboratively with school staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Recent UK primary teaching experience (KS1 and/or KS2)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two professional education references
• Willing to complete compliance and vetting checks
