A growing consultancy in the South West of England is seeking a driven Clerk of Works for a home/field based role. You will oversee various projects primarily focused on residential developments, ensuring high-quality workmanship and effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate has strong communication and report writing skills, along with a solid understanding of building construction. A full driving licence and a valid CSCS card are required for travel to multiple sites.
