Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) – £27,800
Working in this nursery means spending your day supporting children’s learning through play in a well-organised, purpose-built environment. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be hands-on in delivering the EYFS, contributing to planning, and supporting children’s development across bright playrooms and outdoor spaces. The nursery is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and operates with experienced leadership in place.
Before You Apply- This role requires recent experience working as a qualified Nursery Practitioner in an EYFS nursery.
- Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- This position is not suitable for unqualified or newly qualified candidates.

- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Recent experience working in an EYFS nursery setting
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
- Confidence supporting children across daily routines and learning activities
- Ability to work reliably as part of a consistent staff team
- Support the delivery of EYFS activities through play and daily care routines
- Contribute to planning based on children’s interests and developmental needs
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the nursery
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
