A highly regarded and successful firm of chartered accountants is planning for the future development and growth of the practice and is looking to hire an Audit Director / Audit Partner to lead this service line across the firm as an RI, based from the firm’s Taunton offices, with a clear progression path on offer to equity into the partnership.

Based in Taunton, this leading large regional accountancy practice has an independent culture and ethos and has developed an excellent reputation across the South West and wider UK acting for very wide ranging clients in both size and industry sectors. Excellent career progression prospects with a clear route to progress into equity and the partnership group are on offer within a superb firm of chartered accountants.

The successful candidate will play a lead role in developing the firm’s service line for the future, growing and developing audit services across the firm.

Joining as a salaried Audit Director / Audit Partner based from the firm’s Taunton offices, you will lead on audit services, build relationships with the firm’s clients and lead an experienced audit team as a key and pivotal addition to this growing firm of accountants. You will act as an RI and there will be clear progression opportunities on offer for those seeking a route to equity into the partnership group.

For this Audit Director / Audit Partner role you will be ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with a career background within the accountancy practice sector, having developed your career to around the salaried Audit Director levels and be looking for an opportunity with a clear progression path on offer and a chance to lead and develop a growing audit team and service line.
